1. Can I withdraw my order?

The order is processed right after it’s been placed so it’s impossible to withdraw it. You can inform BOK about your resignation by email – this will stop the delivery if the parcel hasn’t been sent out yet. Contact us: office@noblehealth.pl

2. How long does it take for the order to be processed?

Shipping takes place within 24 working hours from receipt of payment. Courier delivery takes 1 – 3 working days.

3. Can I make changes to the order?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to the orders that have already been placed. You can try to cancel the order by sending an e-mail ( office@noblehealth.pl ) with information about your resignation and place an order again with the correct details. Shipping of an “unwanted” order will be stopped if the parcel hasn’t been sent out yet.

4. Can I check the status of my order?

For registered customers, the order’s status is visible in their order history. Moreover, the customers receive automatically generated e-mails informing them about the status: confirmation of accepting the order, shipping of the order. In the last e-mail the customer is also given a tracking number from the chosen carrier.
