1. How long does it take to get a refund on the returned goods?

The refund takes place within 14 days from the receipt of the returned product by the manufacturer.

2. How is the refund processed?

In case of cash upon delivery, the money will be refunded to the bank account indicated in the return form. If you paid online, the refund will be issued to the account from which the transfer was made. 

3. Is it possible to exchange an item without a cash settlement?

Unfortunately, standard exchange is not possible. However, you may of course return a product and place a new order at the same time.

4. Can I return a purchased product?

Every customer may cancel a purchased product without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery and return it according to the rules and within the time period specified in the Regulations. To this end, the Customer should send to the Buyer a statement concerning the withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance.

The Customer is requested to send back or deliver a product along with a fiscal receipt (or VAT invoice) and the original of the return form to the Buyer’s address: Noble Health Sp. z o.o. ul. Graniczna 17 lok. 7, 26-600 Radom.
